Join the OPTIMUS Foundation on Thursday, December 3, 2026 at The Waterview in Monroe, CT, for a grand evening of celebration, recognition and reflection honoring Optimus Health Care's 50 years of community impact and raising funds to continue services for another 50 years.

• 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Program, Entertainment & Dancing

Get ready for an unforgettable night of celebration! The evening will feature inspiring award presentations, a delicious dinner and decadent desserts, signature drinks, a lively silent auction, and an energizing paddle raise. We’ll kick things off on the dance floor with an electrifying performance by Latin Rhythm Dance Studios, then keep the party going all night with nonstop music from Connecticut’s own DJ Buddha LuvJonz.

Proceeds will assist OPTIMUS Foundation, Inc. in supporting Optimus Health Care, Inc. (Optimus) programs that promote the health and social welfare of the underserved community. Sponsorship opportunities for 50th Anniversary Legacy Gala may include program and social media advertisements, and additional dinner guests as defined by sponsorship level. With 50 years of experience, Optimus Health Care delivers family-centered primary care services, both in-person and via telehealth, to 42,000 medically underserved residents across 24 clinics located within Bridgeport, Stratford, Stamford, and Waterbury.
