Description

Future 5 is proud to invite you to a high-impact luncheon bringing together a cross-section of leaders from higher education, business and community organizations. Future 5 is uniquely positioned to explore the changes taking place on university campuses as AI becomes the “digital infrastructure” of University life. Panel topics may include:

  • How AI is affecting critical and analytical thinking
  • The importance and utilization of soft skills
  • AI’s Impact on Higher Ed. Admissions & Teaching
  • What will students need, as they enter the workforce, to differentiate themselves, in an AI fluent world?

We are honored to welcome Nicholas Thompson, CEO of The Atlantic as our keynote speaker and moderator. A nationally recognized authority on artificial intelligence, Thompson is the former Editor-in-Chief of WIRED and a best-selling author of The Running Ground. Throughout his career, he has helped leaders and the public better understand how technology is reshaping the world – and how we can navigate that change responsibly and effectively.

Thompson will lead a dynamic discussion with an exceptional panel of thought leaders, including Greg Riley, Dean of the UConn School of Business; Tamilla Triantoro, Ph.D., Associate Professor at Quinnipiac University and a global AI Consultant; and Kyle Clements, Senior Director of Engineer at FactSet, offering real-world insight into workforce readiness and innovation. Together, they will bridge perspectives from higher education, industry, and emerging technology.

Future 5 believes that it is never too late to change the shape of a young person’s life. In celebration of Future 5 and the launch of a new AI program for our students, “Tech 360: Intro to AI,” we invite you to partner with us as a sponsor or to simply buy a ticket and join us for lunch and dynamic conversation. Every ticket will help to change a life!
