Social Services
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Jewish Family Services of Greenwich is a non-profit social services agency serving the greater Fairfield County community. We provide behavioral health counseling, Jewish-themed programming, senior assistance, food resources, and immigration legal services. JFS of Greenwich is a refugee resettlement agency through HIAS (Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society) and actively partners with local social services agencies to help families with economic challenges.
Jewish Family Services of Greenwich responds to existing and emerging needs of individuals and families of all backgrounds, by providing accessible, expert social services to promote self-sufficiency and resilience, and to enhance quality of life in our surrounding community.
JFS is guided by the principles of Tikkun Olam, repairing the world, and Hachnassat Orchim, welcoming the stranger with kindness.
JFS serves all ages and stages in need of empathic care. Our seven pillar programs – spanning a broad human service spectrum – allow us to help the community’s most vulnerable populations find safety, comfort, and a path toward a more fulfilling life.
